I'm interested if there's any write-ups or videos of Dan John's "The Move" that he was explaining on Crossfit Live. I was looking on his sight in his GetUp newsletters but with no luck.

I thought it was "The Exercise." I'm old, I could have called it the wrong thing.
"Is that all it really is?" Yep. But, of course, do it. I don't really consider it work under 200 pounds. Sets of five, PS and OS each rep. |
