Just read the new issue of the CrossFit journal and made this homemade glute-ham developer.
Basically, all I did was lay backwards on my bench with my butt at the end, and then I tied my Tae Kwon Do black belt from when I was 11 around my feet. From there I just proceed lean off the bench and do the sit like in the video. Is this an ok glute-ham developer? Also, should I have my butt on the end of the bench, or should I have my butt off the bench so that the only thing on it is my legs? Thanks |
