1st MU

Just got 1st MU in garage gym-amazing . Grip and technique issue-took 2 weeks of dips and lack of confidence but kept watching / reading /asking .
Can't wait to incorpoarate into WOD.
I am 47 y/o Chiro 12 weeks into CF.

Pistols next-can't even do 1 right now

woohoo! and at 47 just 12 weeks in? WOW! There's hope for me yet

Seriously -- great job! You must be a real life inspiration of what fitness can do for your chiro patients.

well done You should be very proud of yourself. Nothing wrong with being "seasoned." People like you are the ones that motivate me as I get older. I wanna be the older guy who can kick the younger dude's @$$

Thanks-My patients are getting into it because I am always talking about WODS -even incorporated BW excercises with patients-they love it.
Studbar in garage with odd KB /MB etc.
Never to late to get in great shape-I coach Soccer and B-ball for 4 daughters -may have some new conditioning programs for this year LOL

My 11 y/o is rocking the air squats out and almost has 1 dead hang PU.

The CF life rocks-Thanks again
