SS vs. PM Mass Gain
A buddy of mine, who crossfits with me, came to me today with a question regarding gaining mass. In january he is planning on starting either SS or the PM Mass Gain article written by Everett. He is also planning on doing a cycle of Sustanon 250 and just eating everything he can. Which program do you guys think would be more beneficial to him in terms of putting on the most muscle? He's still a pretty novice lifter, BS is around 250, DL 325, and PC 175.

tell him to stick is his arms in a bucket of chalk and call him a ****** bag.
If his its doing roids, then he does not need a program.. just good health insurance. |

I agree with David.
Its basically like SS except 3/1/2/1. 3 lifts each workout day consisting of a combination of the slow lifts and the oly lifts. I don't want to type the exact program out in respect to PM. |
