Iron Gym & rings?
Just wondering... Anyone ever try mounting rogue rings from their iron gym to do ring dips? I just ordered rings, and the only place I can think of to secure them in my house is my iron gym in the doorway. Obviously I cant do muscle ups there, but was thinkin wud be enough space to do dips...
