Question Can I make my own roman chair/hyperextension station at home?

Im trying to increase my home gym equipment in a budget by building the stations myself.

I need a roman chair/hyper-extension station so I can really get some hardcore back extensions and glute ham situps done at home.

Has anyone made one before on their own? Is it something i can build with some sturdy lumber and bolts?

any other equipment i should get for brutal core targetting at home?

Check out the mainsite page for September 29, 2009 http://www.crossfit.com/mt-archive2/2009_09.html (wfs)

It has a picture of Mark Sisson on some of his homemade equipment including a GHD. It offers a nice idea of what a homemade GHD can look like and can easily be tweaked, modified, improved. Check it out. Also I think I remember seeing some other homemade GHD pics linked here on the forum but I can't remember where. If you search the forum for homemade equipment or similar key words you might find some good design ideas.

Good luck, it looks like fun, Noah
