Eug,
I like all of the slogan ideas. I'll put them up to a vote and if the one I like doesn't win, tough! Our HS stadium is a one sided bleacher arrangment, so they could manage the entire side in one workout. We start training on Feb. 7. I'll have a devious plan set by then! Tanner, Sorry for the hijack, but hope you got what you needed from the thread! |

Ron, i did get what i needed, Eug is the man, i am surprised he can think with all the info in his brain.
Eug, thanks so much i will work up a plan for her this week. my plan is to start her slow, but not to slow, it is indoor season for her so she wants to jump in now, before outdoor starts up. also, and this is for Josh also, i doubt that the team does to much hill work. we live in oklahoma, and it seems to be lacking any substantial hills. what makes this worse is the fact the there is no stadium steps available. thanks all for all the great info, my experience with distance athletes and runners is almost nil, so this is great for me to know regardless. |
