CrossFit On-Ramp Curriculum Published for Free

Nicki Violetti and Robb Wolf of CrossFit NorCal have generously allowed us to publish all the gory details of the 4-week curriculum they use to bring new clients into the CF program.

The article and curriculum are available free here (wfs) -

Re: CrossFit On-Ramp Curriculum Published for Free

Eric, I am going to guess they are using the symbol for 10 factorial. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Factorial wfs. I am also going to assume they don't mean literally 10!, but rather mean decending rounds of 10,9,8 . . . 1. 3,628,800 reps is a lot, even for a chipper.

Greg, Nikki and Robb,
Thank you so much for generously sharing this material with all of the community. It is awesome to see someone wanting to share rather than 'selling' the knowledge.
