That might have been your PR, but that was WAAAY too fast/smooth/easy for it to be your max. Nice work. Next time around SLOW DOWN on your decent and keep better control of the bar. TGUs are slow, deliberate lifts. Strong work, man!

Very nice work. Agree with comments.
Just got a 32kg well which I'm working on my TGU as I'm feeling pretty good with the 24KG.

Was that 135lb?
