Here is a manual full of sandbag exercises; the parent site is selling nifty sandbags, which is sort of counter to crossfit's do-it-yourselfer mentality but the manual provides some good ideas for those looking to add some sandbag fun to their workouts.

for a great deal less money, and be able to adjust the weight. I recommend freezer bags rather than sandwich bags, and another layer of contractor's trash bags inside the duffel. |
