Hey Roark, that sounds awesome!

How about making it fun? How about AMRAP in 5 minutes?

1 can (330ml) in NZ, 10 burpees?

I could give that a go!

All night would be a different story.... after 5 minutes, it would be drink, burpees, chunder, drink, burpees, chunder, drink, burpees, chunder...

1 burpee for every 10 beers? i'm in!


my idea for a beer related workout guys like this:

everyone is assigned a full keg of beer. you have a timeframe to drink as much as possible (30 mins, an hour, whatever)... then do keg carry race for time.

my theory is it's the great equaliser as the guy with the lightest keg will be completely trolleyed

That sounds awesome! Last year in Alaska, at -10 degree's we did a ST patties day 7.2 miles run. IRish car bomb at the start, at the turn-around and at the end....guhreat! Made the numb face not seem so bad!

Really interested to see how this goes!

No but I irritated a close friend and fellow CF'er by shouting "BEER RUN 3-2-1-GO!" All night.

I don't think he kept track of the rounds.
