I'm a couple of weeks along and feel great. Today, while doing my first Eva, I was only able to do 4 rounds with a time of 42:10. Should I have slowed down or scaled to make sure I complete 5 rounds?

Re: Eva

I wouldn't worry too much about've only been doing CF a few weeks and you were able to do 80% of Eva, unscaled. On the CFBX website they scaled puppies (which is what I did and was only able to complete 3 rounds) down to 4 rounds. So by only doing 4 rounds you pretty much scaled it yourself, albeit with much higher weight and harder pull-ups than the puppy scaling.

It sounds like a lot of people (myself included) didn't complete the number of rounds they set out to do...Eva sure is a b*tch (the workout, not the girl )
