Exclamation A CrossFit Ninja's Log

So I don't know what's taken me so long to start a log on the forums, but I guess I'll take care of that right now. I've been CF'ing for close to a year, but was sort of experimenting/half assing the first half or so of that.....That all changed in June when I went to my Level I cert in Parker, CO....I've stepped it up now and I think I can probably get myself to elite status if I continue to make some epic gains and continue with Paleo and possibly try out some Zoning.....anyway, this is my log and I hope that it gives me some accountability for not just doing the workout, which I've been doing well with, but also for recording loads and times and whatnot.... any encouragement from the CF community is always welcomed as well as constructive criticism....and so w/out further ado:

Nicole: Done at work, so wasn't really balls to wall, but still a pretty good clip
Five and a half 400's
10, 10, 10, 10, 10 pullups.....

WOD: 30 Muscle Up's For Time
Subbed: 120 Pullups and 120 Dips

Time: 14:33

Pretty happy with my time on this one....form strayed pretty bad at the end and by the last couple sets (8 sets of 15 each) was pretty ridiculously bad.... however, the intensity was there throughout and I say intensity trumps form... also, my time would have been better but Seth and I had to deal with a ****** that kept "working in" where we do our pullups so that he could get his cable crossover on....but I digress......good workout......chowing down now and probably going to go for a short POSE run later on.....

Mood: Endorphined

WOD: 4 rd's for time, 400 run and 50 squats
Actual workout: 4 rd's for time, 400 run, 25 squats, 25 situps
Time: 14:18

Workout done while on shift at firehouse....therefore the 400 runs are approximate but I believe they were pretty accurate....at any rate the workout kicked my *** and Pukie and I were very close to hanging out after the all out sprint on the final 400....very curious as to what tomorrow will bring

WOD: Push Jerk 5x5x5x5x5
As Rx'd

Rd Load
1 145
2 165
3 175
4 185
5 205

All sets done with good form and no failures....last round really had to concentrate on exploding with the legs and hips in order to put the weight overhead.....Rd 2 lost some concentration and I was relying far too much on arms and shoulders.....Good workout

Weight: 220
Mood: Chillaxed

Much needed rest day....actually felt pretty good today and was surprised by the lack of DOM's from all the air squats and running from last day 2..... Looking forward to the next few days....On shift tomorrow and I can't do the back squats there so that will have to wait until Wednesday....Probably do some Tabata stuff tomorrow......

In other news I ate like crap today......Had Mexican for the first time in quite awhile and enjoyed every minute of it.....back to old Paleo tomorrow.... Trip to Oklahoma is one month away and want to be in best shape possible for it.....

Weight: 221
Mood: Jacked up on coffee

WOD: Squats 5x5x5x5x5
Workout: Tested hose on Ladder truck ALL day.....

Planned on doing some tabata stuff instead of the squats since we have no squat rack at the station, however testing all that hose (including 800 ft. of 5 inch) was pretty exhausting so we decided to call that our workout for the day and will be doing the squats in the morning when we get off work....depending on the WOD for tomorrow we may do it as well, just later in the day.....

Weight: 221
Mood: Pretty beat
