Well, I'm not doing the milk thing. I am trying to make sure I'm getting around 14 blocks which is a little more than what I was taking in and supplementing with added fat when needed. I'm tempting to not count fat blocks at all given some of success and adive from others.

Nothing specific. I just eat my 3-4 block meal. I know traditionally in the BB world you eat fast digesting carbs and some protein with very little fat but wasn't really sure if that was the way to go here....
