Saturday, February 14th 2009

Deadlift
5 x 135
5 x 158
3 x 225
1 x 275
1 x 295
15 x 185
brief pause
5 x 185

Squat
10 x 45
5 x 135
3 x 185
3 x 225

1000m row

3:37 - default PR.

15 Knees to Elbows

6 x Some hard ab thing I can't explain and don't know the name of.

Used unmaintained Rower at my globo-gym. It felt like I was pulling through oatmeal. Time will be better on a properly maintained rower. Happy with the time regardless.

Re: Justin McGinley - I want to be a Monster

Catch-up time for me, Justin. You have been Rockin it sommore....while I've been away from the boards. Great 1K row and awesome squat cleans. Funny how something can pop right up at one weight; you go a slight bit heavier and it's like it's bogged down in molasses.....

Great work!

Re: Justin McGinley - I want to be a Monster

Thanks guys!

I was initially so annoyed that I didn't get under 175 that I forgot to be thrilled that I had just set a new PR.

14 x 95
