Thanks for the good lucks Sarena, Laura &Carla!
I'm doing a massage for the burpee challenge so...
My reward will be NO RULES when I am on vacation in Switzerland with the love of my life! Eat, drink, and be merry to my lil heart's content.

Good for you! It's only 21 days... far easier than the 100 Day Burpee Challenge

Haha no worries! I think we all have particular foods or ingredients that we will miss. Personally... chocolate... or maybe pizza... oh geeze, don't get me started!!

Re: Kick The Sugar/Grains habit challenge

I'm down. Too much fruit and some cheat desserts lately. To quote Jeff "The Dude" Lebowski: "This will not stand,,,man". I need to cut out the diet pepsi and no-carb protein bars. They're sugar-free but still processed junk. I just saw this thread but have done fairly well today:

1 liter water
IF'd until noon
Lunch: Dry salad w/chicken breast, tea
Snack: Think Thin bar, triple espresso(!)
Lunch pt. 2: 3oz meat w/one egg, cashew-macadamia butter, fish oil

Post-training is always my problem time. Its usually about 9:30pm and I'm starving but eating that late is dicey. If I sit down in front of the tv/computer then I'm toast...mmm, toast.

Let's do this people!!!!
