Snatch rep scheme
Lately i have been including the snatch as part of my ME days. My sets and reps have been as followed: 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1. The question i pose in this thread is: is this the right rep scheme to improve my snatch or should i stick with singles... say 5x1 or 8x1? Thanks everyone!
