061608 WOD Substitute?

What is a good substitute for double unders?

I don't have time to get a jump rope before I do todays WOD.

Thank you.

Tuck Jumps are actually the "official" sub for Double Unders, straight out of the FAQ

ya know the FAQ?

True, tuck jumps are the listed sub. However, you will NEVER learn double-unders by doing tuck jumps. Get a rope before they come around again.

I'd rather do 50-100 DU then 50-100 tuck jumps anyway.

Re: 061608 WOD Substitute?

3x the number of jump ropes is also an adequate substitute, but still not the same as a double-under.

You could also count the "attempt" for DU's, since a majority of us can't do DU's. But then again, you would need a rope.
