Team Wod's

Anyone have fun and challenging team wod ideas?

My three man group is looking for team wods that can be done both indoor and outdoor.

Links, examples, ideas, all would be great.

Thanks,

Clay

Re: Team Wod's

Just be creative. Try something like this:

Team Cindy

30 min AMRAP

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Only one team member can be working at a time. While each team member does their Cindy round the other two must do jumping jacks.

I just came up with that off the top of my head, when I saw your post. Use your imagination.

Re: Team Wod's

This past weekend we did a really tough wod!

Run 400m
300 Thrusters 65lbs
Run 400m
150 pullups
Run 400m

we had 5 to a team, while doing the thrusters the bar couldnt touch the ground. so when someone stops 2 people hold it up in the rack position for the next person.

Re: Team Wod's

This is a good team workout witha cool point system.

team up in partners of 2
Pick 3,4,5 exercise stations( ex: wallball, burpee, thruster etc...)
Have on partner 1 run or row 400 mt while the other patner 2 performs an exercise utill partner 1 is finished with the row/time

Partner 2 now rows/runs while partner1 completes the exercise station.

Continue for whatever number of exercise stations are completed by both partners.

Scoring. add up total of both partners reps completed, then convert time into seconds and divide the two. this is what it looks like.
time(seconds)/ reps compleated= seconds per rep
it seemes like alot but is really simple and one of CrossFit South Countys favorite scoring system. I did it today wit hanother workout.
Check it out..... http://www.CrossFitSouthCounty.com

Re: Team Wod's

I think this one would be lots of fun although kind of hard to coordinate...team griff: must run a total of 1 mile forward and 800 meters backward...and both teammates run at the same time, 1 forward and 1 backward

Re: Team Wod's

I have done a couple of WoDs with groups of 3 people and find things like "Fight gone bad" work well, as you can assign one person to a station and all be doing something all the time, and there is no equipment sharing... we usually have a score keeper as well so we can yell out our reps after each interval, this saves having to remember them and hearing other people's numbers motivated you to equal/better them
