I am starting ME Black Box shortly and am tinkering with it a bit right now. My problem is I really want to incorporate OHS in the routine. Does anyone have any idea where it should go? I'm thinking it could be total body, lower body, or upper body, as it always makes my whole body sore! However, it wasn't mentioned in the article at all.

Search for Chris Forbis' posts on ME Black Box. It came up recently. He uses it in this type of workout:
OHS 5x1 FS 5x1 BS 5x1 trying to increase the weight each set. WODs like this also come up occasionally. Best, Rene' |

I believe I have seen Rutman list it as total body before. Just can't remember where...
