Can I do my killer Burpee everyday?

So i did my killer Burpee with all the stew as follows:
1. Drop, knee in, leg up, man maker (without weight)
2. Push up, jump to dead hang, do overhang pull up
3. Knee to chest, and repeat.

I did it twice for time to 50, ten cooldown, so a total of 110. No cheating, full pull ups, or anything else. Today I'm not really sore. I was wondering if this is an excersise that I could do two days in a row? Obviously if I'm sore and exhausted I will take a break.
Thanks, Patrick

I think you're the only one who can answer that.

Just remember that routine is the enemy.

Re: Can I do my killer Burpee everyday?

There are so many workouts that I can't wait to do that I have a written "waiting list". So I can't imagine doing the same thing two days in a row.

Since you tracked your time, you could always give it a few weeks and then try it again to see how much you've improved. It's always amazing to me that I can improve my performance in a workout by NOT doing that workout... but continuing to CrossFit.

Re: Can I do my killer Burpee everyday?

I completely agree with you guys. I don't follow crossfit exactly because I don't use weights or equiptment except for a pull up bar and a pool which I find at many parks in my area. When I'm done at school I kill time training at parks so my equiptment is limited to whatever I keep in my car. I'm going to buy a weighted vest and an elastic band with the handles on it. I would like to have a list so what other excercises do you guys reccomend?

Re: Can I do my killer Burpee everyday?

If you can invest in something right now, I'd recommend getting some rings. They're my favorite portable toy. Pull-ups, muscle-ups, push-ups, dips, rows, plank, roll-outs, and a bunch of other exercises that I'm not strong enough to do yet. Even if you can't hang them up very high, you can still do a ton of different things. I'm also a big kettlebell fan. One KB and you've got portable weight for swings, presses and adding weight to any of the below. Jump ropes are cheap, too.

And... squats, jumping squats, pistols, sit-ups, push-ups, handstands, "box" jumps (I assume there's stuff to jump on in the park), sprints, walking lunges, carrying stuff, carrying stuff overhead... the list goes on.
