Great idea here.

The benefit of a spreadsheet is seeing your progress, and understanding what you need to do to preform better. Its a great motivation and reward tool. That said, it might be fun to have relative comparisons of specific WoDs over time. For instance: "you improved your Murph time by 7.210%", or "increased your CFT by 6.312%". You could average all these to create a rough % preformance increase over months or a year =P. Of course its not the whole picture, but its really fun to see that you improved on a spreadsheet in a relative format such as a percentage. Would make it feel official.

Why not just change the year to 2007 James? Before I settled on Shanes OpenOffice database it was a simple matter to update the date on the Excel one to 09, should be no different to go the other direction.

I think you misunderstood i have the 2007 version of office so its running in compatability mode...which i think is kinda screwing up the functions, its not updating any of my PR's. it will show that i have done one of the workouts, but it does not add the time or reps or anything
