Box Jump Sub?
Hi, I was looking at the work out for tomorrow and noticed box jumps. Unfortunately, the gym where I work out has all the other equipment except boxes or something of the like to jump on.
I searched the forums and couldn't find any suggestions on substitutes, so I was asking if anyone knows of anything else I could do to hit the legs? I figured maybe squatting my body weight, exploding on the way up and coming down fairly slower. Other than that, I really don't know of anything I could do. Help? Thanks |

Re: Box Jump Sub?
Jump on to a bench. Jump to a bench while holding some dumbbells. Tuck jump - bringing knees to chest.
