Yesterday did "Michael"
3 Rounds .5 mile 50 back extensions 50 sit ups Total time: 26:06 I felt ill and tired during the day and almost didn't do the workout. When I was finished, I was glad I stuck it out. I actually felt better than when I started. |

"Diane" Approximately 15 minutes. I lost track of time as I was trying to do handstand push ups with the smith machine. I really thought I was going to bust my head during those! |

16:00 I substituted 3 dips = 1 ring dip and I used a 45 lb olympic barbell to work on form. |

Well, I did the 1 pull up 1 minute, 2 pu at 2 min,.......
My target was 15, but I only completed 13. I guess that makes it my PR. |

Didn't get a chance to do the Filthy Fifty today. Maybe I can make it into the office tomorrow morning for a workout. If not, then Monday will start with a long hard workout.

Scaled push press to 35# Used 10# medicine ball Did 100 single unders 42:37 First time doing it and boy did I feel it!! |

Well, today was a wash. I intended on working out in the afternoon, but called out on work. I got home too late to workout. Tomorrow I'll be skiing and I'm sure will be quite a workout. Its been a long time since I've been on any slopes.
