This one fell apart quickly, I'll still post what I did though...

1 round of: 800m, 30 50lb dumbell swings, 10 pu's w/ 30lbs assist
3 rounds of: 400m, 30 50lb dumbell swings, 10 pu's w/ 30lbs assist

28 min.

Finding poor cardio to be main obstacle in completing WOD's
