I did this today working up to 135# this was an awful/amazing WOD, just gutting it out was enough for me forget timing or AMRAP haha.

haha I am with you.. I couldn't really imagine cranking round after round for AMRAP, the movements alone 7 times, for 5 rounds are fairly tiring even with a halfway light weight.

The first variation posted of this WOD back in 2003 had an overhead squat after the last push press. There weren't many takers back then.

We did this a month or 2 ago.. and if you let go of the bar during one of the rounds... an extra round got added on.
