Substitute for 1000 meter row

hello everyone I am new. I am using the crossfit WOD workout from navyseals.com and today's workout calls for 1000 meter row. I don't have access to rowing machine etc, does anyone know what distance of run might equal the cardio outpout of the thatrowing?

I'm pretty sure it's Sumo Deadlift High Pulls but not sure about the weight/reps. Maybe bar x 100?

here it is!

3.6. What if I don't have a rowing machine?
Do Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (see exercise page for demo):
If you don't have a rower substitute sumo-dealift high pulls (sdhp) with 45 pounds for men and 30 pounds for women. Take the bar from mid shin to under your chin--"shin to chin."
2K row = 200 sdhp's, 1K row = 100 sdhp's, 500 meter row = 50 sdhp's

"Shin to chin" Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 45-lb bar, 1 rep per 10 meters.

It's sort of a punishment for not owning a C2.
