Is the Trophy Case still active? It appears that there are 3 "CrossFit Challenges" yet to be completed.
4. Vertical leap 1/2 your body height. 7. Bench press your weight 30 times. Of course, this is a single set. 8. 15 Handstand push-ups on the rings. Contact with the straps/cables is cool, climbing them with the legs is an immediate DQ. So what's the proper way to go about getting one of these (obviously actually doing it, but video, witness, etc)? Is a Challenge "locked" in a sense by the first person that gets it or can multiple people complete a challenge? I could've sworn I posted this earlier, but I can't find it. |

Yeah, I was wondering the same. For instance, Clint Austin, in the 040213 WOD comments, apparently completed challenge #7 (see below). How are you supposed to prove that you did it?
