That's exactly what Jodi and I said when we saw it, but we'll have to see what Jon and Sam want to do.

We'll do AMRAP 20 minutes:

400m Sprint
25 Pullups

Partial Rounds DO NOT COUNT

Sam has to do it right now, so unfortunately, we can't debate this one. She's off...

Best,

Jon

Re: CrossFit Boston VS CrossFit Fredericton!

i interpret nicole is all about total pullups. if your max is lower - then you have to run more (and faster!) to catch the people with higher pullup numbers. so, in the end, the number of times you ran - doesn't matter.

sort of worthless input since you all already decided to score it, however....

Got it, 400's + 25 pullups. Hmm, I have feeling we're going to have some ties.

You could count any pullups done/distance run when the clock expires, if you want a tiebreaker. Of course, that notion might have come too late.

PS Enjoying being a spectator.

Oh, I see what you mean. That's kind of interesting actually although I think those with a crappy max are going to be playing catchup the whole time.. and it might come down to who is on the bar when the timer rings.

ha. but - isnt it always that those with a crappy pull-up max are playing catch up the whole time at crossfit workouts? (i.e., fran, angie, cindy, really anything with pullups....?)
