Crossfit in Colorado Springs/Fort Carson?

My family will be in the Colorado Springs/Fort Carson area August 10 -- 19, and would love to meet other Crossfit nuts for a workout. ALSO, if you're in the Ft Carson area, and give us a tour, that would be awesome. We're coming out for our son to finish his drivers education (it's a special course).

Also, while we're there, I found the last time I was in town there is a "gym" that only has the $14k ROM machines that give you the "best 4 minute workout that you'll ever need." I think we'll go give that a try, too!:wink:
