In the true spirit of CrossFit we are now offering classes in a truly unique space. It is our pleasure to announce the addition of classes in Newington, CT. You can find us at TimberGyms, a store that sells specialty playground equipment and offers open play for kiddos. We invite you to come play with us! We'll have alot of exciting new things coming soon, please watch our blog for updates.
Thank You,
Tom & Elisabeth

Geez Tom ... get kicked out of your old facility already?

TimberGyms sounds like a fun place for a workout though.

Best of luck,

Larry

Hey Larry,

No, actually will be running classes in both locations for now. I was in TimberGyms with my wife and kids and started talking to the owner about working out and next thing I new I was training him and starting classes. We have some fun and exciting things in the works for the near future. Keep in touch I would love to get together some time for a workout.

Take care,
Tom

Sarena,

Mapquest says it's about 2 hours for you to get here. Just let us know when you may be coming so we can put out the welcome mat. Contact me with any questions or if I can help in any way.

Good luck at the cert.

Tom
