Bumping this post in case anyone missed it.
Have had a light response so far, would be great to see some crossfitters out for this.

Clinic will be lead by Certified Pose coach Tracy Steven Peal. It should run 1-2 hours. Material covered: explanation of Pose background and theory, introduce basic Pose drills, maybe do a videotape sample and answer questions.

Saturday March 25th at 8 am it should last 1-2 hours.

If Tracy does not beat us up too bad, heck, even if he does - we will to a workout after...

It will be held at the park right next to the Korean War Memorial. The Park is smack dab in the middle of Front Street, between Spruce and Dock street. This is NOT the Vietnam War Memorial that is on the southern side of Spruce street.

At 1-2 hours this will be an introduction to the pose method of running.
I have the DVD and hope that this clinic will drive home some points - I plan to do follow-ups with Tracy or as a group.

Cost is 25 bucks.

I want to have a general idea of numbers so RSVP please.

It would be great if you could make it out!
