My pleasure on the notes folks...I can't do a muscle up, an OHS or a OLS, but by golly I can write down what I hear and then spit it out on a keyboard. Put some creative writing in a WOD and I'll be all over it.

For all the rest of you PVC pipe lifters there at CFN on the 9th, please read through this thing and make sure I didn't leave anything out or do some injustice to the day. The photos I added are from the Mike's Gym website save for my lunatic friend with the goofy glasses setting up for his NWIH* 395 pound snatch. That's Brian the Rhabdo guy by the way.
