Kevin, that is a really great job. I like the layout, colors, simplicity, etc. I'm not sure if webdesign is your profession, but sometime in the future I might be calling you. If it isn't, maybe it should be.

Love the simplicity. And the design is very functional.

I was going to suggest adding some links for Pull-up progression in the FAQ page, since that question comes up so often here, and that is a staple of your RX'd workouts. Then I looked at the forum and noticed that someone has already asked that question. I'm betting that a large percentage of the people that need a simple plan wont be able to complete a single pull-up.

A small blurb about why pull-ups are so important, and how someone can slowly progress would probably help greatly, without adding too much complexity.

Anyways, I'm super impressed, and will send my family there:-) Good job.

Kevin,

Great site, very clean, simple, and to the point. I love it. I would only suggest (as someone else did) that you make the articles simple as well. Perhaps having the summarized "simple" context of the theory, then having the actual studies as another link for further validation.

Awesome work. With your permission, I would love to share this with my brother who food/workout/activity challenged.

thanks!

The whole point of the site was to get people on the road to crossfit who might otherwise be overwhelmed and give up, by all means use it!

Think of it as watered down cool aid, so the ultra lazy can develop a taste. A gentle kick in the arse :-)
