Hey! We're on the map! Linc Brigham, of CrossFit Sedona, is teaming up with Mike and I to wake Flagstaff up to CrossFit! All are welcome and we'd love to have you come and visit us! Starting small with a class out of Peak's Weightlifting Club and the Ray's Garage of Pain.
