everyone seems to be putting up flyers and getting success from that... lets talk example flyers, numbers printed and cost, and locations that have gotten good results...

My new people have come from links to my site via crossfit.com (70% of my visits) or from word-of-mouth. I didn't have much success with flyers but I know that many other people have.

dont have any examples for you. but a couple ideas are to specialize flyers for the area you post em, high school, make it bad for some football players to get pumped, mma studio, quote that its bj penns program, firefight/police/army/navy spot, make it relevant is all im saying ya know.

great thing online too is to fire off a facebook page... as juvenile as it sounds it does work. crossfit already has a pretty big following on there, only to increase
