Hi, eveyrone! Wanted to post the results of a workout I did yesterday as a testimonial.
I did the Deadlift work out that was a demo vid at filmed at Santa Cruz this week and my time was, I would say, in the mediocre range.
24:48 with some of the push ups done chest to a tire with full range of motion (rather than to the floor). I used Deadlifts at 95# and tried to keep good form through out.
I had to post this because one of the workouts I have usually had a horrible time on was 10 rounds of 10 deadlifts and 15 pushups. I checked my last time on that.
It was 37:03 for 10 rounds of 75# deadlift x10 and Push ups x 15.
Even though I did use the tire (to keep up the rate of work), I am really pleased to have done yesterday's version 12 minutes faster than the "easier" version.
I did a total of 50 more deadlifts @ 20# heavier yesterday.
I moved a total of 14250 pounds + 150 push ups in 12 minutes less than it took me to move 7500# + 150 push ups last year!
Sometimes its difficult to see the progress unless you keep good records. :-)
