Today I did the weighted pullup WOD and got a PR by a significant percentage. My last weighted pullup might have maxed out at 70#, 4 months ago or more. Today I got 100#, at a BW of 160! I was psyched, though worried that the belt would break. I tried 115, but could only get to 90 degrees. Something to try for next time!

Good showing Ben! Be sure and give your tendons enough time to catch up to your muscular development -- if your elbows complain, try switching to the rings to continue your progress.
