I've used the search engine, what exactly is the or a 'Black Box?

Think of this!
You are a black box! - Throw good solid things in the box, close it and shake it up! - What happens when you check the contents? Good things come out of the box! - Throw crap in the box, close it and shake it up!- What happens when you check the contents? You get more crap! Thats the Black box concept, throw training stimulus in the box, if what you get out of it is good results keep doing that! But if you get crap stop doing it clean out the box and try something new, until you get the results you are looking for! Simple EH! Yes the EH indicates a Canadian background! |

Just to add a little--
The term "Black Box" is widely used in lots of fields, from computer science to philosophy. It means only the input and output are of interest, without regard to why/how the input generates the output. If you're evaluating a piece of software or a fitness program, look at the results it produces. Example: I know Crossfit works because I've tried it and seen the results...I don't have to understand or even care about all the biochemistry/anatomy/mechanics stuff that is behind those results. |
