$130 Glute Ham Developer?

Last weekend at the cert in Ann Arbor I heard that they bought their GHD's for $130 each. They looked quality to me. Any idea where to buy them? Other places I see $400 for a GHD.

Thanks Sam. He emailed back and said it is the Yukon GHD, but he doesn't remember where he bought them.

A google search for "Yukon Hyper Extension" brings up many results for around $200. Not $130, but it's still 1/2 price what I was looking at.

You may want to search on here about GHD's, there has been a lot of discussion regarding quality vs. price that may be enlightening.

Oh, they are only $170 from the manufacturer.
$35 shipping to Ohio.

Not so bad for that price. Yukon is the kind that Crossfit Philly has also. That is all you need.

I think I got a special when I ordered them. They were really cheap.

Our Yukon broke. Metal snapped at the base of the foot anchor. It was pretty scary as a member was using it when it broke.

One caveat: *do not* watch the instructional video that a bunch of places supply with this thing. There's a snippet of it accessible from the Yukon site. The exercises they show are to GHD situps and back or hip extensions as the classic 1/4 ROM up-on-the-toes squat you see in most gyms is to a real squat.
