$%#@ me with a wirebrush that hurt!!

15 rounds with 35kg(77lb) then another 14 rounds 5dl's and 2 hpc's with 30kg(66lb) after grip started failing - so 29 and change

Went out with 3 round bursts unbroken every four minutes for first 12 rounds. Held 2 round bursts for another 8 rounds then singles, just hanging on. Easily the worst was hang power cleans purely for the damage they did to my grip. Probably would have been good for another 4 or so if that wasn't an issue.

All squats to usual med ball target, deads mid shin, head through window on push-press and I was happy with hpc's. No problem pausing in catch position - I appreciated the rest!!

Davie, Jeff and co - thanks for leading the charge. I would have had no idea where to aim and how to plan this without your target.

Off to curl up in a corner and whimper for a while.

Cheers, kempie

15 rounds. Weak link was the push press- rounds 6, 14, & 15 broken at the push press. Made sure to keep excellent form on all movements. Should have pushed harder to get more rounds. I am going to try again in two weeks.

Finished with yesterday WOD: 70-80-80-90-100
And a Pull-Up Ladder:1-8 (L Pull-ups)-1 (Mixed Bag)

My hats off to all those who put up 20 plus rounds. Strong showing

3 minutes in and I was thinking Holy $%#@, how am I going to do this for 40 minutes? I kept on pushing and ended up finishing 32 complete rounds with good form.

OMFG: 22 rounds in 40:05. Used 65 lb since I couldn’t find any 2-1/2s and based on Kempies experience figured I would go lighter rather than heavier (as if I had to think about that one!) I am not sure if fornicating with a wire brush could have been worse…
Strange looks from the M&F crowd populating the YMCA I was at; funny thing nobody wanted to talk to me.
Thanks for another installment of the ‘Storm
Gordo

5 reps of back squat short of 25 rounds. First 10 rounds with 70 lbs, then 56 lbs (if my conversion from kgs to lbs is correct).
Push press was the killer.

SFM - 29 (75 lb = 54,375 lbs lifted)
Tre - 23 (65 lb = 37,375 lbs lifted)
Jodi - 22 (45 lb = 24,750 lbs lifted)
Heather - 18 (35 lb = 15,750 lbs lifted)
Denise - 16 (30 lb = 12,000 lbs lifted)
