Sorry Davie, I just thought that was the man keeping you down.

Brand X will be doing this Painstorm Saturday January 7th. Any and all Crossfitters in the San Diego area are welcome to join us. Email me for directions. (Appropriately scaled versions will be available for those who want to join in)

Painstorm 9 about 40:00. Can be done in under 35 with ease if you don't do sled drags, Rutman mile deadlifts and Jonesworthy before.

Davie,
Thanks..lead from the front. Whomever mad this up did a great job. I seriously believe I could knock 5-8 minutes off this when I am fresh. Going to pull it out again in a week.

35+ people in our box today for Painstorm 9 plus 4 newbies doing our buttercup beginner elements workout. Several teenage boys, 20 or so men and women in their 40's, one pregnant lady and a guy with CP. No one got Rhabdo. No one got injured. Plenty of sweat and laughter. However there was a visit from a certain clown.

Sounds like an awesome day, Jeff.

Sorry I had to miss it but my mom went into the hospital last night after a certain crossfitter dialed 911. gah. It was scary. I'll share off-line - don't want to hijack this thread.
