Brand X is on it. Of course we'll have to wait for a cold and rainny day to make it the same as doing it in Scotland.

Tell you what, if the weather up here stays like it is now - snow, ice and sleet- then the runs are going to be even more fun than normal. If I could stay on my feet I could just skate it, or not ... Does it still count as a run if you slide on your backside

Laura, the difference between a pushup and a handstand pushup against the wall can be thought of as merely a matter of degree. Elevate your feet as high as you can until you can't do more than 3-5 of them in a row. That's 'your' handstand pushup. You can back up into the wall crab style and walk your feet up the wall or use a high box. Or, get into a handstand against the wall and unlock your elbows are far as you can, even if it's just a bit. As you get better you'll be able to go deeper for each rep.
Or have Jeff and Dan hold your feet while they slam your head into the ground for multiple reps. Aaron Levi and I used this approach on Tim Weaver; when he came to he said he really loved it. Lots of ways to enjoy this kind of fun. |

Lincoln -- Thanks...I like plan B. LOL. Actually, I may try plan A...use the dip/pullup station for my feet? heh.
The main thing is thought, I always have to scale weight or reps on PainStorm. Usually, a scaled version takes me an hour. That's enough voluntary torture for me! DOH! I just spotted the Muscle-ups. (Message edited by laurar on December 31, 2005) |

I was going to do this one to ring in the new year, but then I found burpees and l-pull-ups. We'll see how I feel!
