Hi People
If any of the KB Lads and Lasses have time I be interested in getting some feedback and times on this Complex.
5rds for Time
Snatch 24kg KB 20reps Left,Right
Dive Bombers PushUps 20 reps
KB Swing 32kg 15reps

I have only tried this modified with 16kg for Snatch and 24 for Swings at 20 reps and found that it flows together well and works in particular forearm and legs.
Thanks
A

Andrew,

I'll bite...I'll make the time this coming week. I need more 24kg snatch practice and I need to figure out how to do dive bombers.

Thanks Kelly and Lynne,
I should add that the DBs can become Dands or Hindus as mine do as the Rds go by.
We wrote it up as an interesting way of training for TSC Aus,rather then just doing lots of Snatch.
Here's the first 10 mins of what became 20min with the 16&24.
