I can't believe this but after yesterday I was still pumped up, just went outside and managed to get two MUs in a row. I am now beyond just doing singles!

Crossfit rocks, after yesterday my overweight desk jockey dad wants advice for getting into shape, and losing his deadweight. The only problem is that he is scared crossfit will give him a heart attack or rhabdo. I am trying to make up crossfit style workouts without calling them that, that are scaled to him starting out. Any suggestions? He has a treadmill he jogs on, two 35 lb dumbells and a bar (not olympic it seems tiny) with about 100 lbs of weight. He knows the basic lifts from playing football in his glory days it is just things like the snatch or kettleball swings that he is unfamiliar with. Also his diet sucks, how can I get him to change that?
