Solid work Craig. You guys are definitely making it a more impressive effort by snatching/jerking (boy that sounds bad...) the weight prior to OHS. I did the snatch + 5 OHS wod up to bodyweight last week, and it was brutal. Hats off to you.

Post-wod OHS workout today (BW = 165#):
3x5x135
1x5x165
2x5x185
1x205
1x215
1x225 - PR and a long time coming!

Didn't have the trap strength for high volume work after all those db snatches. I'm going to take another run at this on Saturday or Sunday.

Is anyone else actively working this one? I have really stalled since last post, I got 6 BW reps again a couple of days ago but for some reason not moving forward.
It may be because I have been expending too much energy with other activities, such as my new ability to MU, which I thought was going to be months away. I think I will try maybe one set with 135 each workout during the warm up, to keep the grove but slack off for a month or so before going at it hard again.
Making good progress in other areas, I really like this movement just need to put in a few thousand more reps!

i'm working on this challenge but can't actually squat body weight yet.
this challenge is a longer term goal

I haven't done any work on this since I strained the bottom of my foot running with a 100lb bag some weeks back. I feel as good as new now and will give it a go tonight with a 70lb bag.
