Its that time again people, the gathering is close!!
The monthly meeting of CrossFit Fanatics is set for Sunday 12th of June in sunny Sidcup.

So what have we got in store for this months pain fest...any ideas?

I think the M.M.A Challenge of 60kg cleans 10 reps and 15 press ups should be in it but what do the rest of you guys think?

Lets get some ideas together and make this a PainStorm to remember!!!!

This chipper from Jeff:

400 M
Hang Squat Clean, Lunge, Lunge, Split Jerk 20 X 95#
30 Pull ups
400 M
Box Jumps X 30
Wall Ball 30 X 20#
400 M
Hang Snatch, Overhead Lunge, Overhead Lunge 20 X 45#
Slam Ball 20 X 20#
400 M
30 Kettlebell Swings X 50#
50 Push ups


Hang Squat Clean, Lunge, Lunge, Split Jerk= 1 rep (do 20 reps)

Hang Snatch, Overhead Lunge, Overhead Lunge= 1 rep (again do 20 reps)


Obviously we'd have to sub the med ball stuff since we don't have a ball...or a wall.

I second both the chipper and the "MMA Challenge" - and I reckon that'd probably be enough work for one day!

60kg clean x 10
press ups x 15

followed by

400 M
Hang Squat Clean, Lunge, Lunge, Split Jerk 20 X 95#

(SUB FOR WALL BALL)Thrusters 30 x 45#

Hang Snatch, Overhead Lunge, Overhead Lunge 20 X 45#
(SUB FOR SLAM BALL)??????????
400 M

50 Push ups

I think I've seen speculation somewhere that knees to elbows would be a good slam ball substitute. I could be crazy though.
