Sub 4 minute with lighter weight though.

Cant remember exact weights as Im still gubbed and my head hasnt came back online yet :biggrin:

Finally tried this one, my partner and myself, 190/38 yoa and 205/40 yoa respectively clocked in at 4:54 and 4:48 first time out!

Did this Monday for the first time with 95 pounds as I could still use work on my form. 5:58

I've been impressed at how I felt the day after this workout, soreness usually equated with much more volume. My legs, lats and forearms all had some good soreness. BTW my patrner and I did our sets side-by-side, i think that helped both our times.

Well I did this one today... I did first two sets no problem then forearms began to burn. Took me 9 Minutes at BW=205. Push-ups easy PC 10, 10, 5/5, 5/5, 5/5.

Then finished with 65 lbs Skullcrushers/Curls and Abdominal Work. Total time 32 minutes.

7:32 this morning. Much better than last time (9-something minutes), but still a long way to go to "badass" status.
