Hey gang,

I was browsing a the craigslist fitness forum and someone was pushing this biodynamax.com site. I go there and they sell protein and whatnot but I noticed this contest they are having. Thought it might be of interest on some level. It would be interesting to see the kind of damage a crossfitter could do based on the qualities they are testing and the specific events. I think a Kelly Moore or a Matt G. would tear 'em a new one. Anyway, here's the contest posting copied from their site biodynamax.com:

Who is in the best shape on the planet? Is it a Football, Baseball, Soccer or Basketball player? How about a tri-athlete, cyclist or marathon runner? Could it be a boxer, wrestler or martial artist? Maybe a rock climber, tennis pro or weightlifting stud? Or is it… YOU?

There is only one way to find out. ENTER and become eligible for trips and prizes too!

That is a much better compettition than I would have expected. I was thinking it was going to be something like:

Max curl
Max Bench
5k run
Crunches
Lat Pulldowns - 100 pounds for max reps
Max Leg Press

Rob,

That actually sounds like a really fun WOD.

I don't know where I would find an obstacle course with weights for Cleaning and Benching near me, though...

Wait! Light bulb. Heavy kettlebells lifts (Clean, Floor Press, Front Squat) for reps.
