Thanks Sean. But what are the rules when comes to using a belt yes or no. And for the press is that a shoulder press or bench press. Sorry if this has been asked before.

Well I tried this morning and came up a bit short. I only got 940 lbs and at 210lb body weight I thought I would do better.
365lb squat 190lb press 385 lb DL I have only been doing crossfit full time for about 4-6 week now so hopefull next month I will be in the club. |

We did our's recently to get members on to the Wendlar Program. My results were:
DL: 605lbs Squat: 515lbs Strict Press: 215lbs Total: 1335lbs |

Thanks Sean, I appreciate that. I don't compete in PL mainly bc I'm 235lbs and those numbers aren't very competitive with other guys in my weight range at a more competitive level. I have certainly entertained the thought of it though...if I keep sucking at crossfit maybe I'll make way into that sector haha.
